Bonneville, one of the oldest golf course in Utah, is in much need of a new facility. After our participation with the National Golf Foundation, the overall analysis resulted in the conclusion for a new clubhouse. The concept design is approximately 18,000 SF and will provide amenities and services to the golfers and public that hasn’t been seen in more than 30 years.

Inspiration for the new design was drawn from the existing gate house to the course. Originally built in the 1930’s, as a WPA project, the charm for the structure is still prevalent.
