BC Studio is excited to be working with the National Golf Foundation (NGF) on an analysis of Salt Lake City’s municipal golf clubhouses and maintenance facilities. Currently, the City owns and operates 8 different municipal courses. We will be analyzing the existing conditions and functionality of these existing clubhouses as well as creating a plan for improvement. In our studies over the years, BC Studio has found that the majority of the golf clubhouses built pre 1980 don’t meet industry standards. The lack of adequate facilities aids in a tremendous loss of revenue. This loss of revenue effects the operations of the facility which ultimately impacts the condition of the golf course.
